Returns & Refund Policy

We design every lamp with care, ensuring aesthetic precision and lasting quality. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or damaged products.

  • Custom-built or limited-edition items.

  • Products without original packaging.

 

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at contact@haydn.in with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Attach supporting images if it's a damage or defect case.

  3. Our team will verify and arrange pickup or request you to ship the item.

 

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless due to defect or error on our end.

 

Exchange Policy

You may request an Exchange of the product within 48 hours of the Delivery

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Transit damage or manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Used or damaged products.
